Christmas parties and Christmas decorating ... wonder if I'll actually have time to finish shopping before she arrives? We've decorated the house inside and out. About 70% of the gifts have been purchased and wrapped, not bad. And now things start to speed up, exactly what always happens at this time of the year.
On Friday (at 39 weeks) we did a little early birthday celebrating with dinner at Persimmons in New Bern ... thanks Liz and Adam for a delicious dinner! Saturday kicked off with Breakfast with Santa for 75 children. Afterwards Lainey and I shopped in Wilmington for several hours. Sunday morning I dedicated to wrapping Christmas presents and Sunday afternoon Mom and I went to my Christmas party. Today (Monday) is my last day of work. I have Flipperz Christmas party at 6pm and Book Club at 7pm. We are on the move!
